Posting here rather than hijack Texxys thread-- my gear lever won't select, 1986 1.9 DG wbx 4 speed; under the cab, having removed spare and carrier, I can see the "detent " ain't detenting, fork hanging free. But even with excellent pics and posts on wiki I cannot work out what is missing or how it happened. Gears select ok ish when engine off.

Anyone have any ideas or pics please?
