After a bit of web trawling, these guys seem to be the cheapest by a country mile for finned tube and reinforced corner joints (and I thought I knew who the cheapest suppliers were...)

Black alloy tube with black corners is what I'll be going for, just need to find a nice light faced 6mm board at sensible money. Any ideas?

Door latches are generic in all these units, so they need sourcing too. Maybe protex in reddich, the quality is great but expensive...
