hi there, making panels from board, trying to find out if there's a little idea to drill and plot the holes so they line up right for the clips? many thanks.

Do you have the old ones to use as templates?

yep but they used self tappers and didn't use the original panel holes with clips :S

The positions of the original clips should still be visible on the reverse (inside) of the original cards though surely?

Best picture I have. You'll have to save it and zoom in but the fixings are circled in yellow. There's a red circle where I think there may be one that's not visible. I know that doesn't help marking your panels directly, but should at least show where the clips fitted on your original door cards. Failing that I'd make a template out of cardboard, offer it up to the door, push a sharp object through where the holes are and use it to mark your panels.

If you need the full sized picture I could email it to you if you wish.
