Zig CF9 OR Bonus Plug In Systems PMS3 ??

Hi,
Bit of advice needed. Spoke with a retailer today regarding the availability of a Zig CF9. He did have one in stock, however he recommended i consider a "Bonus Plug In Systems - PMS3" instead. Does anyone have one of these?
As i understand it does the same thing as a zig, however comes complete with an RCD, which the Zig doesn't. On the other hand (as i understand), the zig CF9 comes with a built in Split charge relay, which the PMS doesn't. Price wise it's a bit swings and round-a-bouts with nothing between them.
Anyone with experience of either of these units? I do understand that some have preferd to put together there own system of battery chargers etc, and appreciate the merits of that, but that's not the way i'm looking to go and i for sure want a power management system - it's just, what one? so would be really good to hear from those who do have one in there vans.
Zig's don't really do themselves any favours on the cosmetic side of things - they look beyond retro! and i have heard that they can suffer from heat issues, but then i have read from some owners swearing by them. A zig was going to be the way i went, however i am unsure now i spoke to the guy earlier advising on a PMS 3.
