Cooling System Drainage - Best place to Drain From?

Since replacing my leaking metal cooling system pipe, and ensuring I now have a water tight cooling system, I wish to now drain 8 litres of water out, and add the 8 litres of anti-freeze ready for our cold winter.
My question is, where is the best place to drain the 8 litres of water from while the water is cold, and cooling system not pressurised ?
Thanks in advance.

I've never took the grill off
but you can do it like that.

Without taking the grill off, how would I get to the inlet pipe though?

Will do, done one job today, so next on the list is fuel sender connections, then will look into the coolant drainage. The Motor factors aren't stocking any anti-freeze just yet anyway.
