hi my clutch pedal feels quite soft on my van as i push down on the pedal there is about an inch of play before i feel any pressure.as some of you might know i am having trouble with selecting first gear.should this feel a lot firmer from as soon as i push down on the pedal or are all the t25s like this,thanks dave

mine are completely different....

got an A reg that has always had a really firm pedal...so much so, that when I jump in my G reg, the pedal goes to the floor! then I adjust, and drive that as normal! Both have had fluid change...and both are still different.
