Clunking/knocking noise after front brakes replaced

I've just had my front discs/pads/wheel bearings replaced and on driving home I hear this awful knocking, clunking noise everytime I turn a right hand corner. It happens about 4-5 times in sucession and then stops when you level up back on the road. It's a bit disconcerting when you pay good money to have a job done and you end up with more than you bargained for!
Can anyone shed any light on the problem?
Obviously I am going to take the van back to the mechanics, but I'd like to be armed with info, because I know I am probably going to be fobbed off with some random excuse rather than an admittance of poor work.
Ta!

Hi
Could be so many things.....loose caliper bolts, excessive wheel bearing play, loose wheel bolts etc etc
One things for sure...something is wrong and you shouldn't be driving it....they should come out and either deal with it at yours or flat bed it back to their garage.
