gearchange expert in oxfordshire?

Hi
I've recently bought a 1989 2.1 petrol camper. Lots of nice things about it, but I've realised that it has a seemingly worsening problem with the gearchange. It's a 4 speed box, and the gear change is very difficult - vague and heavy, and it was a problem to get it into reverse (now almost impossible), and becoming close to impossible with first and third. These are the positions where the lever hits the dashboard.
I've read up the threads here about this sort of problem, and realise there are various inspections and adjustments and bush renewals that can be made. Unfortunately I've recently torn a tendon in my righr shoulder, and am physically unable to do this work, for several months at least.
So I'm wondering if anybody can recommend a knowledgeable workshop / garage / mechanic / person in the Oxford area....? I live in Oxford itself, and the closer the better...
