Despite writing down all the van specifications I deemed necessary and the counter hand poring over the computer screen for ages the last 3 spares for my van from Europa have been the wrong items. My new rev limiter rotor arm turned out to be the plain one despite the picture on the box being of the correct one. Serves me right I suppose in breaking my rule of always taking the old parts in with me. That and the wrong distributor cap could easily have been put into the locker for future breakdown use by a newbie who doesn't open engine hatches let alone look at rotor arms. I dunno.
