Scotland to Bulgaria

We are planning our first visit to our newly built apartment in Varna, Bulgaria and fancy going through Europe to get there! We have 4 weeks to do it and relax in the middle so are wondering if anyone has any suggestions to route and how far we can expect to travel in a day. We have looked at the map and reckon 5 days stopping at Vienna, Belgrade, Sofia and then to Varna. Are we being too ambitious ? We wanted to go in our T25 but may look for a T4 or newer model before the trip. Any ideas of places to stop or best VW to do it in etc much welcomed
