That's a bargain considering there is a six bed house in Notting hill up for rent for £50k a week.

Not anymore, I'm sure someone with extended family has got the council to rent that by now!

Have been to that place. There is a great hotel there overlooking the reservoir. Price is only for a short leasehold so you don't own it. Thought there must be a catch as it is cheap when you consider the amount of land.

You can get 10 acres of woodland for £35k in Wales!! Non permanent structure, composting toilet, water wheel electricity.... Looks like I have found a new dream!!
