Holdsworth buddy seat fixing

Morning all...

My Holdsworth Villa 3 has a Holdsworth made buddy seat/box which was originally fitted behind the passenger seat, it came with the camper but was not fitted. All the seat cushions are there, as is the fitted seat belt just behind the front seat belt reel. The seat has a lift up inner side flap for storage/access. Can anyone help with the following:

How was the seat originally fitted to the floor and did it have other fixings at the back?
What held up the thick upright back cushion or did it just rest against the passenger seat back? The base cushion velco's to the seat top.

Anybody with one still fitted may be able to help or even better can anyone supply pics of one in situ?

Many thanks

The one in my '82 Holdsworth has:

- Latches that attach the seat to floor mounted brackets.
- Seat back cushion with rear 'pocket' that slots over stowed table.

Do you still have any brackets on the floor? The table?

Many thanks for swift reply

Box has two very flimsy 'L' shaped brackets that look as though they screwed to the floor ...do not really look original only bent metal.

Your latches which I presume are 'quick release' sound as though they are the real Mccoy and mine should have them!
My seat back has pocket... wondered what it was for... but thought the only storage for the table top was behind drivers set and end of sink unit?
Is it the smaller 'Front table' that stores behind passenger seat and how ... is the buddy seat slightly forward leaving a gap that the table slides into?
Any chance of pics of how it should be?

Much appreciated!
