Wiring Diagram for Zig MC-2000?

Unfortunately I'm not having a lot of luck tracking down a wiring diagram for my 1991 Autosleeper Trooper. The wiring diagram in the wiki shows no relation to the wiring in my vehicle. So wondered if any other members were running a Zig MC-2000 unit?
My Zig MC-2000 is supposed to control the hook-up and the leisure battery. However, I have no power going to the panel whether I am on the hook up or the battery(ies) - no voltage is showing at the 'power in' on the control panel.
The scenario are as follows:
On hook-up the sockets work but the fridge doesn't (fridge is hardwired into wiring loom).
The leisure battery only powers the propex heater.
The vehicle battery doesn't power the fridge, lights or water pump (with the ignition on/engine running).
Yet if I hot wire the fridge (igniter side) from the leisure battery, the fridge works (the igniter), lights and water pump. If I hot wire it to the mains side, the fridge, light and water pump work but not not very well (igniter is slow, lights are dim & water pump is also slow) but the 12v light for the fridge is on on the MC-2000 panel.
I don't think my split charging system is working either, as there is no change in voltage on the leisure battery when the engine is running.
So is there another unit controlling the distribution of 240v & 12v circuits/charging, other than the zig unit? Are there additional relays hidden somewhere? I can hear about three go when the ignition is switched on. I have one relay behind the panel which is connected to the ignition & the power to the panel, another by the vehicle battery for the split charging system(?) and I assume another in the vehicle fuse box. Any advice welcome.
