HI I am buying a pair of door locks/handles of eBay, is it a big job swapping them I haven't had time to have a look yet.

dead easy. front doors, peal door seal away just under lock to reveal 1 phillips headed screw. Undo and then slide handle forward and pull the back out first.

Similar question to this but where is the best place to get a new set of locks so all my doors/taigate have the same key?

Just have a look on eBay under T25 locks, or JKs do em.
