Where to get top steering bush?

Having checked the steeing column for play I need a new top end plasticy bush/spacer which i can't easily locate. Anyone know who stocks them? thanks.

Thanks a lot, would you b able to recommend anywhere VW that can do mail order as my nearest VW commercial spars outlet is an hour away. Thanks. Tim
