I have a very odd scrapeie sound coming from the front of my van

It only happens when i have my foot on the clutch and turning to pull in.
Any idea what it could be?

I'd be servicing your front brakes if I were you. Check the pads and disc surfaces and that the brakes aren't binding. Also check the front wheel bearings for play.

Do you have wider than standard wheels? If yes then it could be the rim touching the suspension knuckle, when my van's ball joints were worn the wheel could just graze the knuckle on full lock, causing a very faint scraping noise.
Just a thought.

Yes i do have wider wheels, do you think the ball joints could be worn then?

Mine has a water tank fill hose that gets scraped on a slow left turn.
