I need to change my oil but not sure which oil grade to use.

I have a randomly noisey cam lifeter (I hope) when cold and low oil pressure when hot and idling (warning light doesn't come on when driving and I have checked the other pressure sensor/ circuit).

Someone has suggested I use a straight 30,

Any suggestions?

This subject has been discussed dozens of times as search of the technical forum will reveal.

Thanks, I searched for "oil" in this forum but didn't find anyhting of use.

Perhaps you could point me in the right direction.

I do update it from time to time based on thoughts of other users but without over-egging the pudding.
