Oil Pump, 2.0l Aircool - which one?

There seems a fair amount written about what's best, obviously there's a standard pump but also there seems to be a number of people, (mainly in the US it seems), who feel a type 1, 30mm pump is the bestest option, not to mention somewhat cheaper. Also, while I'm asking, could somebody knowledgeable please tell me how many rivets my camshaft has? This seems also to be part of the decision on what pump will fit my engine, along with a certain amount of clearancing of pump/camshaft interface.
So, whaddya think? Your opinions on what to buy gratefully received, and any thoughts on whom to buy it from are most welcome too.

Or not, as it seems.

The cam has five rivets holding the cam gear on.
I dont know if a type one bush is better but I run a modified cu lump with stock oil pump with no oil pressure issues. After 100k miles the oil pump was inspected and well within wear limits. If you want a new pump and advice, I'd speak to James Calvert at Stateside Tuning. He told me that the stock pump was fine.
I cant work out how the number of rivets on your cam has relevance to what oil pump you use. The standard and type one pump should clear the camwheel.
If the cam is uprated, then the camwheel is generally bolted or set screwed on, which then means that the bolts at the back of the pump need to be ground slightly for clearance.
IIRC, I took about 2mmm off mine.

Good luck

Thanks very much gsmoke, useful info
Having read more about it, the number of rivets may only be relevant to type ones, where the camshaft drive differs between specific models of engine.
