Help! I need a T25 sliding window latch. I've checked all the main suppliers and it doesn't seem to be a part that anyone stocks.
Any ideas?
Cheers

If its not biting (and usually its wear in the aluminium frame itself) then most simply keep a stick (snug fit) to stop window being opened from the outside. Paint the stick black if you don't want it to look obvious.

er try VW - it's an LT part and some bits of it are still available

I did think about the stick idea, however the stick would need to be on the outside, and therefore useless for stopping unwanted entry!
Will try looking for an LT version.
The van I just bought has no slide catch, just 2 bolts in the window wherethe catch should be.

You shut window and if you look on the inside you only need to measure the length of the now-exposed groove and cut a piece to fit snug. I have a similar prob and a new catch won't help as the stop in the ally frame is rounded off. Too much work to mess with so the stick does the job. Many Bays also use sticks
Otherwise put an ad in wanted section or as suggested talk to VW.

Hello to anyone reading, hope you can help....
After the above posts, has anyone found anywhere that will sell me a latch/lock for my sliding window?
I have two holes in the window, one currently had a make shift handle screwed into it, the other is begging to a latch.
Any help would be great

If your van is a panel van conversion then it could have any window fitted from a myriad of companies
Take a picture of the window and post it but it's likely to be a rocking horse poo hunt
