arb drop link upper bushes

Hi I have a1989 T3 atlantic (if it makes any difference at all!!) totally stock van and I am looking to buy some arb drop link upper bushes for the van does anyone know what size I should be buying as they come in sizes 19" 21"+ 23".

you wont have 23mm , they are pre 83 with heavy duty otion suspension.
21/19mm are fitted at random to all models of vans no fixed pattern
slip an open end spanner 19 mm over your arb
if it dont fit you have 21mm
tho if you have 19 an easy simple upgrade to 21 will better the handling , its just peeps prefer to lower of fit wider wheels as they like to spend lots of money!

sorry but dont have anypics at the moment the van is in having the bushes done Ouch money money money !! when it gets back will photo it but I did get my decals from mosaic trading partners on e.bay if thats any help
