Our sliding door just won't close. Have to give it a shoulder barge with all weight behind it to get it shut (and sometimes even that doesn't work, it just pops back open). Have a bolt/latch setup by the lock to hold it closed so it won't slide completely open when driving, but it's not really fixed and hard to use that way. We have been told it could be the middle roller, but have compared that to replacement parts and they look identical. Inspection of bearing there looks fine. Latch assembly fine. Bottom roller has been replaced. Just not sure what to try next and we are not mechanics ourselves, but have had the bits looked at for us. Starting to get really tired of this as it's been going on for ages. At least the door hasn't actually fallen off like some people's !

Any ideas? want so much to be able to properly use our camper this summer.

Thank you so much for that link Cruz. That is very helpful and straightforward-looking. Just a quick question...to get at the mechanism to look at it and see if any of those deformities are the problem, can you tell me what a door card is? I was trying to figure out how to get at it and am a little unsure. We have a 1985 model.
