Westfalia underfloor plg autogas tanks

can any one help with information on the above and tell me why i am unable to fill the tank with gas.
I am assured that I have the right connection which is a 1 3/4 inch dutch bayonet

Not really.Its just those gasure sell are the correct uk adaptors.Im assuming that as yours is not like one of those.It could well be the wrong one.It would help if you were to post a picture of yours.In case you need to know how.Open a photobucket account upload the picture.Copy the img code And paste on here.
