For quite some time, I've been following the progress of this restoration project through the pictures posted by Martin Rafael Blank (MRB-Fahrzeugtechnik) on his Syncro-Werkstatt Homepage. I think he's doing an outstanding job - both technically and documentation-wise:

Enjoy.

Hi Chris,

doesn't seem to be galvanized - think he would have documented that. It's not mine by the way, although they look almost identical (same colour, large sunroof, etc) mine's a 14" though.

As for the parts you're looking for, here's a trader offering an aftermarket version at a reasonable price at least for the front wheels: http://www.vw-winkler.de/Kotfluegel-Eck ... wie-Syncro" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

cheers, André

Nice to see a T3 getting the budget and time usually only lavished on splits and early bays, although I can't understand why he hasn't put projekt zwos on it!
