Hi All,

My new to me square headlamps are mysteriously misting up, only the inner ones for the main beam though, is there a simple reason for this?
I suspect the seal between the glass and the body but cannot see a fault, is this a common thing with these trendy new fangled items?

If I leave it in the sun for a while all goes clear but then the mist reappears........

Any cures or tips appreciated.

Mark. (On the cool bandwagen and paying the price it appears :( )

Yes,it's often the seal that comes unstuck. And yes you can reseal them no problem. I've seccessfully used ordinary white silicone sealer before (not on these particular lights but on many other types). Much better would be something like Evo Stick "Serious stuff" which is waterproof and flexible and white and doesn't give off Acetic acid on curing.
