automatic accelerator cable tubing lengh

hi folks im having a few probs with adjusting the automatic gearbox revs . ive just taking the cable out and it measures at 3005 and the book says for rhd it should be 3700 , ive just about to order a new but the plastic covers been cut down to can any body give me any pointers to what lengh im looking at , its a 1.9 dg rhd with an auto also where i can order it from thanks :ok :ok

tube should be cut to 2430mm, Brickwerks sells lengths of it, I've run out,
can't tell you length of auto cable but it's not 3700 that's for manual, but auto cable length not listed in etka, just lhd or rhd, again Brickwerks, or Heritage or classicparts

cheers for that again aiden . the measurement vw heritage give for an auto is 3700 maybe they have it wrong it just seems the cable i have is a little to short when i striped out my gearbox the bracket was bent right over ,ive straightend it out and now i can adjust the box because i cant adjust the cable its to short so im hoping the rhd cable is longer :? :? :?
