Fitting a hi top? need help please :O)

Hi all, i am looking at getting a reimo hi top for my van and i want to have a go at fitting it mysellf. I have a tin top at the mo and i have a 3 month old baby that needs a place to sleep :D Can someone point me in the right direction on how to fit one please, How is the hi top fixed to the roof? any info will be a great help.

Save up and have a timber tech hi top fitted.... they are ace.. even exported to USA now!
while your saving up make a parcel shelf for the little one or fit a cab bunk

Access hole cut between B and C pillar roof cross members. Some high tops have internal fixings to the van roof, others are just stuck on using Silkaflex or Tigerseal. Your insurance company may have a problem with the work not being carried out by a professional conversion company.

There have been previous old threads on here showing the work involved - might still be around if you use the 'search' facility :wink:
