First timer here - just wanted some feedback on interiors as we are looking for a re-fit: fabric or vinyl? I get that vinyl looks clean and crisp, but is it practical with kids and will it stand the test of time, cracking? Also, isnt it cold in the cold and hot in the heat? Cheers!

mix it up Vinyl and fabric like mine
vinyl wipes clean
Mines two years old now and has lasted two teenagers, it scrubs up sweet every time I clean it
I used automotive fabric for the centre panels.
My only tip would be to choose am open grain leather look vinyl, as the courser grain holds the dirt more

I opted for embossed vinyl for panels, roof lining, etc but used fabric removeable covers for rear seats/bed so that they could be removed and cleaned easily. Vinyl is very easy to keep clean but it can be scuffed/damaged more easily and thus more difficult to repair. Apart from 'practicality' a lot depends on personal taste and just how much use your van will have.
