Hi,
I cant open the lifty up rear door on my T25.
The button seems to be working ok but the door dosent open.
Any ideas what the problem could be.

er, is it locked ?

Do you have Central locking?
The servo mechinisim moves a U shaped bar, if the mechinisim fails the button wont activate the lock.

No its not locked and i dont have central locking.

Happened to me a few weeks ago - had been taking garden rubbish to the recycling (not very green at the rate my bus goes through petrol but every little helps) and a twig had become wedged (pun intended) in the catch.

Managed to pull apart of it free from inside & gave the door some "encouragement" & all was well

Try squirting into the key slot with WD40 or similar, put in the key and lock and unlock several times. Next squirt round the outside of the push button but aiming to get the fluid inside the lock if you know what I mean and press/thump the push button several times.
If it opens, give it a good lubrication from the inside to keep it working.

Thanks. Iv tried WD30 but no joy I may have to resort to taking the inside panel off and having a poke around.
