Behind metal vents

Has anyone got any ideas on how to sand down and paint behind this little beggers.
Unfortunatley I can't dislocate my wrist to get in. Just wondered if there were any
tested ways to do it. Any suggestions welcome.

I have the same issue....one of those little dremel flexible extensions?? Or a normal drill flexible extension with a small abrasive disc on??

Thanks folkers will try to get hold of a extension are they available from all diy places
sorry to sound a bit thick but not heard of them before.

use a pencil grit blaster on low pressure, and wide fan at nozzle, worx a treat.

:ok cheers new there must have been others with the same problem.
