Hi I have the latest Etka installed on my computer and when I go to the parts lookup It says

Part no........281 837 709
Description...Window guide
Qty.............2
Price...........32,26

All this plus VAT obviously

My question is......is this the price for two or that I need two, its for the felt guide/seal that is on the cab door (runs along the top and the side)

I could just ring my local VW garage and get a price I suppose, they are £34.00 at JK's

No Quantity is how many you need to do the van so hubcaps would read quantity 4, but the price is for only one. Cant order through local VW anymore it has to be through a commercial ie Van servicing VW garage. JK quality can be poor, I'd prefer VW if you can get them.

Thanks Hacksawbob, I was checking other parts and there seemed to be some disparity as to what the figures meant, hence the question.

I didn't now about the commercial garage angle was necessary too.

If you are unable to get to a vw servicing garage, I no im not, then volkswagen emporium sells genuine vw stock window guides £25 each.

Never dealt with them before so I cant vouch for them. (is that how you spell vouch ) but the website seems ok

Thanks Nicbeeee I just checked the website out. Its good to find as many suppliers as possible, I like the look of the Syncro style wing mirrors only £90....
