Zig unit innards (tripping all the time)

Hi,

Recently re built my cabinets and whilst removing the zig Two of the spade connectors came out from inside the steel box.

I have opened the box and attached them where seemed logical, I connect the mains and the mains light comes on, but as soon as I try to run anything from the sockets, the fusebox trips, (and the one in the house)
Ive searched hight and low on here for info and on the web, but can only find info on the 12 v wiring, not the wiring inside the box (apart from overall electrical diagrams)

Does anyone have photos from inside a correctly wired Zig unit case ? or a diagram saying what spade connectors go where ?

Sounds like you have got the polarity ar*e about face.
Model No. would help people know which one you are talking about.

Try reversing the polarity.

Tried that.

I think ive been a donut, the 240v points come direct from the fuse relay not the Zig, il go check that out.

Thanks !

Oh brillant - and I've just taken all these of my CF6 (same as CF8 inside as far as I'm aware) Actually I thought you meant the Zig was tripping the switch...............

Good piccies though mate! Will make ideal reference for future use, coupled with circuit diagram :ok
