I've seen them in a T4. They look cool and no reason why they wouldn't work as long as they're fitted properly.

I looked at getting one for my van untill I saw how much cupboard space it would take up under it!

Ive fitted them in kitchens before. two problems, firstly when not in use they take the same amount of space up as down, and they trap alot of crap over time in the top cover. I try to get customers to mount them in a wall unit and pull down. Fitting is easy as they normally come with a plug top. Good luck.

Its kinda Thunderbirds-like and neat in that way but can't help feeling its self-defeating as a space saver. Ok in a domestic situation where you have more room for gizmos but I find every bit of space counts and for what it occupies I could squeeze in 20 pairs of socks :D

My view has always been that most things in a camper should where possible serve two purposes and even where they don't, if you're only using something once a year or rarely, ask whether you need the extra weight or not.
