The outer sill on the sliding door side of my t25 van is rotten at the front. I have bought a repair panel from schofield. Struggling to understand how to get it to fit, without having to cut out the floor. The inner sill and floor is rock solid so would like to avoid chopping into them.

The repair panel has a step at the front and cant see how to fix it. Does any body have any pics of steps of how to do it or link please.
