Hi Zoe, got my first T25 in February this year, it's a none runner and needed a lot of welding. I am currently paying a guy about £100 a day every so often to sort mine out over the next 6 months or so. The welder I am using has never worked on a T25 but has 25 years experience, interested in classic cars and is keen to help me finish it. By the sound of it he does sometimes earn more than £100 a day depending on the job but he seems genuinely interested in my van and I help out with most of the work. If you work out how much the parts cost and ask how long it will take him you could compare your quote to what I am paying. Bear in mind there may be a fair bit of fabricating needed epecially round the windows. Hope this helps and I am sure others on this site will provide a lot more help as I am a mere novice. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks, Jon.

hi zoe, if i was to price that it would come out to around £1440 labour + materials . so £2000 is probably on the money. but then again i havent seen your bus so its hard to price it. id get some more quotes before you make your decision if i were you. ben

that works out at 8 days work full days. sounds about right. you could always get a welder and do it yourself gradually!

Hope it looks good afterwards. Are you gonna have a go at painting yourself once it's sound structurally?
