bolting down a full width rock n roll diy bed

I have a diy full width bed, I want some rubber discs that fit on washers, and to bolt the bed to the sides, and I noticed these rubber groomets on the cab floor where the van goes up at the BAck to the engine bay. Anyone know where to let these, what sizes and what holes work best, I have a panel van, loads of holes to go through!
Ps. I am going to tape down plastic sheet for vapour barrier on floor then kitchen lino, then wood laminate floor then lino on top, sound ok? Has anyone waxoyled the inside floor and inside of panels before boarding them?
