Bleedin nipple problem

Its not as bad or as painful as it sounds but a problem none the less.
Have got to the final stages of reassembling brake calipers and fitting them back on the van. Went to try and remove the bleed nipple from the caliper and its stuck fast. Corrosion being a big problem with brakes, all the carp and corrosive brake fluid make for a effect close to welding. I have mullered the nipple with mole grips trying to remove it.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement nipple for a Girling caliper?

Thanks.

Over the years of working on Type 1's and 2's I've kept an assortment of nipples from the various calipers and cylinders I've replaced - just in case. Handy things to have in a toolbox but clearly hard to know which each is. You could I guess put a bolt in the opposite calipers orafice temporarily and go to your local motor factors to see if they have something similar?

If not raid your local T25 fans garages for bits - amazing what you can find sometimes. Removing the remnants of a nipple can be hard going (stubborn little bleeders aren't they) though not impossible with a good extractor. I would imagine that girling made many calipers for different makes of vehicle but chances are you should find an exact or close match from a parts outlet.
