Rustoleum im gunna be painting the van soon but the red i have id like it darker
could i add some paint to make it a darker red?
its 3000 red

My gut instinct would be that its not a very good idea....what happens when you run out of paint and have to order more? It would be next to impossible to get the same colour..

Re-order a new colour, sell the other on and cut your losses

Ditto that. You should easily be able to sell the paint, others have.
