Hi
does anyone know how a auto choke on a T25 carb work ?

My one overchokes to the point where in nearly floods

Then when it warms up its fine ?

just replace it with one ive got from a golf

Sounds like your choke pull down unit is knackered.

So it looks like I will be checking the choke pull down unit

Hi , I removed my carb today and found the choke pull off unit to be OK

I also found the pipe blocked that goes into the base of the carb , cleared the blockage so I hope its now OK , will see in the morning
