Dellorto DRLA.... Rolls Royce of flat four carbs
very expensive from new but deliver grins
choke size depends on your engine size and whether it's Aircooled or water cooled

36mm or 40mm dells are a must.

not cheap but increased mpg , power and the best induction note ever. fact :ok

Hello,

Have you tried cleaning, servicing, and setting you existing carbs yet. Solex Pdsit 2/3 s . :?: :?:

Spend the money instead on a brake overhaul, oil changes, and a furry dice, before rushing out and buying carbs off the shelf. :rofl :rofl

Sarran 1955, they were good you tube threads,

Can you help with mine, ?

I dont have the kit that you have though, I haved balanced the carbs using a crypton type gauge,

I have a vac gauge, showing 200 at 3400 rpm

what did you set the throttle plates to ?

am I wasting my time with out a CO gauge ?

Thanks

Brett

Hello,

Yes you can set up your carbs to the optimum,

A co meter is not vital, just makes things a lot easier....

Avoids the floundering about in the dark syndrome :rofl :rofl :rofl

Its a bit late now, and I tomorrow, (no today :!: )am going to a petrol head meeting of big jeeps.. 4 litres with blowers

We'll pick this up next week.

Sort your timing, polish your hubcaps, and dream of 'on song' flat 4's

Cordialement,

:ok

Do the dells just fit onto standard 2.0 cu inlet manifolds?
What mods need doing for the throttle linkage?
Is there any info about what jetting they need for specific engines?
