fitting wood floor and cupboards, sealant or bolt on?

Hi. Wondering what to do.
I want to put a floor down should I start with some kitchen lino then wood floor laminate.
Then seal the cupboards to the wood floor with mastic gun siliccone sealant what's a good one to use if so?
I had carpet underlay and carpet on the tardis, not sure how good this iis for moisture can it trap moisture, causing rust so is it better to lino then wood floor¿
I would like to be able to take the interior out easily but is that possible? Could I attach the cupboards to the ply boards at the sides?
Also do people waxoyl the floor before putting wood floor/lino in?
Please advise. Thank you.
