Hi All,
Were going on a Alan Partridge style holiday in a few days to Bristol and Cardiff staying a a well know brand of Travel Taverns

. Due to the van still not having a bed were not camping

. But a bed is ordered and hopefully will be ready for the summer!
Anyway, just looking out for any scenic spots where we can enjoy some fine dining in the van, the Travelodge Car Parks are not re-nowned for their great views!
Cheers
M

Hi Melvin,
You could park up by the Clifton Suspension Bridge as there are some lovely views from there. If you go to Bath, then it's nice to park around by the Royal Crescent and take in the fine views - I've often done this when having a takeaway! Have fun whatever you do!

Head up to Dirdham Downs, its just before you get to Clifton if your heading into Bristol, if you see lots of joggers then you know your there! If you head down there you will get views of Ashton Court, Clifton bridge, and Avon Gorge, don't look down though, cos all you will see is the Portway road. After a sunny spot of lunch you could hit the zoo, or the shops in Clifton are quite posh if your that way inclined.
