fuel tanks!!

Not happy!
Just when i thought i had finished spending (for a while anyway) i discover a wet patch under my fuel tank. I scrape back some waxoyle stuff and its like Niagra Falls. Luckily the van has only just been re conned after being stood and is not yet road worthy so there is less than a gallon in it which drained in about 20 mins!
The hole is literally about 2mm round and on a flat spot at the lowest point on the tank. My options i have considered are new tank @ £65, a self tapper with some goo on, a brass screw soldered in (not with a torch but i have a large copper iron which may get it hot enough) or one of these after market goo's made for bunging up such holes.
Any one had any such experiences or a replacement tank local to Bolton?

good second hand tanks are about, dont bother the brass soldering job, it wont work, although a pop rivet and fibre washers might did it on my first t25 and it held......

a good second hand or new replacement fuel tank are the best option's if you repair it then it will only fail again when your miles away from home or have a full tank in
