Hello,
First of all I have looked on Wiki
I rencently read a post on front wheel bearing adjustment but can't seem to find it (maybe it was all a dream) anyway the advice seemed sound to me and I was wondering if some one could point me in the right direction?

The info you require is on the WIKI pages, the only thing I would add:

The info relates to castellated wheel nuts, whereas the T25/T3 is of the 'peening' type nut. The procedures are the same for both types of hub nut re, taking off excessive lift, you just have to indent the apron on the hub-nut to the slot in the stub axle when the ajustment is correct.

It really is as simple/easy as that.
