Changing "toe in" to "toe out" temporarily???

Would it be feasible to change toe in to toe out temporarily to counteract excessive wear to inside edges of tyres?

The current setting is about 30' toe in

I'm assuming the bush's are nacked

Would doing this have the desired effect?

Would there be safety issues in doing this?

This only needs to get me around 300ish miles out of these tyres until the van can be taken and have all the necessary work done to the running gear professionally.

2 days to get sorted

UPDATE....
I adjusted the camber on these as it was way out of plumb and after the trip to Yorkshire it showed the ride to be on the whole (whats left) of the tyre tread :ok

It will all still need sorting properly though
