T25 Hi all ive got the timing belt off this 1.9 diesel?

Hi all ive got the timing belt off this 1.9 diesel
ive marked up all the cogs and back plates with paint also the old belt
got a few questions
im getting a new belt obviously..do i need a new tensioner?
and how do i tension it up after fitting the new one
there isnt a spring on the tensioner
the engines probably a 1y or 1z
