Just took the accelerator pump off my carb as there is a lack of power when setting off.
the small round orange rubber bit ( i assume is the diaphragm ) seems to have worn thru around one of the holes ( not the central one but one of the other

Any advice ?

I guess you tried the accelerator check and found the accelerator pump was not working?

I took the accel pump off and the part in the picture above seems ok....but when i took out the small orange round part away from the body of the carb there is a small hole in it where it has been pressed against the 2 smaller holes.
I tried to upload a pic but the file was too big

If it's the small orange disc about 10mm-ish diameter with a "nipple" which pokes into the carb, there's one in the Brickwerks rebuild kit.
