Replacing turbo oil return line JX TD - complex to do?

Please be gentle, I'm a total noob, but I've had a dig around and couldn't find much on this one, probably because it's so simple. Could someone give me an idea of what is required to change the turbo oil return pipe? (I think that's what I need to replace!) is this possible with some spanners and a bit of determination? I'll be doing it on the street so need it to be pretty fool proof. Any special tools needed? I'd imagine release sump nut and loosen oil cap while warm, drain oil, remove pipe, fit new one. Change filter. Fill oil, done. Its not going to be that easy is it? Is there a good replacement part you recommend or upgrade?

This is what I need to replace:

You can see the RAC quick putty fix job on the left.

And while I'm here!

The further away coolant pipe is dripping, if I loosen off the jubilee clips and try and slide it up is that going to work, or will I end up getting a coolant shower?!
