Window rattles against wind/rain deflectors

I've just fitted a set of JKs wind and rain deflectors to my caravelle (i couldn't afford climair ones) and now the window rattles like a bugger when its open more than 1/2".
I opened the window a bit and its feels loose (you can wobble the glass a bit). If i push the window forwards a bit (against the 1/4 light felt) the rattling stops.
How is the window secured to the lifter? Could it just have come loose or is it more likely to be the mechanism?
I haven't had a chance to strip off the door panel to look because of the rain.

Tbh on the subject of Climair deflectors vs the current JK deflectors I have just sold on my Climairs (got them new and cheap at £26 old stock) after getting a pair of JK deflectors for £5 from ebay (marked as 2nd's but were perfect). They were exactly the same shape and were both a push fit, but the Climairs were slightly thicker plastic yet never in a millions years where the Climairs £35 better than the JK version. (JK £15 + post - Climair £49.72 +post)
Both never rattled nor did the window.
What condition are your window seals in? Especially the felt one that goes round two sides.
I think you may need to revisit this when you get a look inside your door.

Sounds like the deflectors may be prising the rubbers apart a bit?

mine do this, i simply added a thin self adhesive foam pad to the bottom edge of the deflector, stopped the noise untill i look at the real problem......10 years ago......i will look at it...... maybe

The felt seals appear to be fine. It was resprayed a year or so ago and they look like they are pretty new so might have been renewed then.
I've only had the vehicle a month and to be honest i've never driven it with the windows open yet as its not exactly been warm or dry enough weather so far.
If its dry tomorrow afternoon i'll whip the door panel off and see whats going on.
The window is slightly loose on its lifter bracket so hopefully tightening up the bolts will stop the wobble which in turn should hopefully stop the rattling.

Been there done it. Cattle grids, cobbled streets, unmade roads to lakeland campsites, running over a transit exhaust backbox on the M6. Still there. And my windows now go up easier without feeling the winder handle spindle was going to strip.
It took me a bit of a push to get them in, thought I was going to snap them.
Unlike the first Heko ones I had with the crappy metal clips that held them in. They were awful and thin whereas these JK ones are exactly like climairs except like I said they are about 1mm thinner

I put a straight edge along the top of my JK ones and they aren't straight but drop at each end slightly.
Any idea how to fix them in so there is no chance of them falling out?
