I don't know if this is an issue in the UK yet but over here E10 petrol has been introduced. At the moment there`s a lot of the confusion at the petrol stations as to what pumps are delivering what fuel so if your van can't handle it, and that's probably most of them, make sure you use "Super Plus" or at least make sure the pump delivers normal "Super". The petrol companies in their infinate kindness have of course raised the price of normal super to match that of super plus though so you'll be looking at 1.65+ per litre.

LPG is anywhere between 65 and 78-80 cents depending on where in the country you are. If you can run on that you´re laughing.

It's basically petrol with 10% bio-ethanol. VW have confirmed you shouldn't be running a T25 with this as it can damage hoses and possibly the engine.
