Clutch-Slave cylinder bleed nipple & reservoir hose

Having just replaced the clutch master cylinder on my 1980 T25 (2L AC) I now need to source:

1. A slave cylinder bleed nipple
2. A length of hose to go from the clutch/brake oil reservoir to the master cylinder

I'd prefer to order online if possible but not sure of sizes, diameters, etc.

Can anyone help with website address of suppliers and specifications?

Cheers

Chris P.

I'll try Halfords for the nipples. Thanks.
The hose is a rubber one that goes from the clutch/brake oil reservoir to the clutch master cylinder. My old one just pushes on the fittings each end. I'm having real problems sourcing dot 4 qualified hose. I have not tried phoning brickworks yet - but cant see anything on their website?

Hi

I changed my clutch last year (2ltr air cooled 1981) and had to cut the slave cylinder metal pipe to get the gear box out as it was so rusty it turned to cheese so could not remove it.

Man did I have trouble replacing that part.
Seemed to be an odd size flared pipe and end fitting, Halfords is a waste of time, the actual part has been deleted at VW GSF etc.
I managed to get the flexi hose part from VW Heritage.

I waited a couple of weeks before someone came up with what I needed. I had to get them made by someone who had the right size threaded end fitting and pipe flarer.
I would change the whole slave cylinder if I were you it will be all shiny and new and easy to bleed.
Real pig to get out though unless you take gear box out as the bolts are nearly impossible to get at and are always rotten.

Good luck
